Chad is a member of our Mass Torts Section and is currently responsible for a number of cases including Welding Rod litigation, Ortho Evra, Fosamax, Heparin, Digitek and Zithromax litigation. Chad also assists in investigating new drugs and medical devices which present a serious danger to consumers.
